Mexican Cheesy-Pleasy Dip

Ingredients

1 carton (24oz) low-fat, small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup low-fat Greek Yogurt
1 cup shredded Mexican Four Cheese Blend (you can also substitute in fat-free shredded cheddar cheese)
1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 small jalapeno, seeds removed and finely chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon fresh, minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
2 Tablespoons French Onion Dip Mix

Directions

In a large bowl or with an electric mixer, combine all ingredients. Mix gently until dip is smooth. For best results, refrigerate at least one hour before serving, preferably overnight. Serve chilled dip with Sea Salt Shapers Whole Grain Chips.
