Stay Active
Take a good look at your couch. It may be roomy, it may be comfy, it may be homey - but one thing it is NOT is a good lifestyle choice. Now, take a look out of the window. It's called "the great outdoors" for a reason; and it IS a good lifestyle choice. So make a tough but smart breakup with your friendly couch and venture out of the house for the friendlier world of nature's wonders.
Getting outside is an important key to getting active. There's so much to see and to do that exercise just comes (pardon the pun) natural.
